Session Policy & Terms
To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review the following policies before booking.
Booking & Payments
- •A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session date
- •Remaining balance is due on or before the day of your session
- •No images will be edited or delivered until full payment is received
Arrival Time & Late Fees
- •Please arrive on time for your scheduled session
- •A grace period of 10–15 minutes is allowed
- •After the grace period, a $30 late fee will be applied for every 15 minutes you are late
- •Late arrivals may result in reduced session time
- •Extended delays may require rescheduling or may affect the outcome of your session
- •Accommodating late arrivals may impact other scheduled clients
Session Prep & Expectations
- •Sessions require extensive preparation, including setup, styling, and prop arrangement
- •Time is reserved exclusively for each client, and last-minute changes affect scheduling
- •The photographer may adjust setups or flow based on time and cooperation
Child Cooperation
- •Children, especially babies, can be unpredictable
- •While every effort is made to capture beautiful images, cooperation is not guaranteed
- •Missed shots due to mood, sleepiness, or discomfort are not the photographer's responsibility
Session Outcome
- •Sessions are considered fulfilled once time, setup, and effort have been completed
- •Incomplete portions (such as cake smash) due to lack of cooperation do not qualify for refunds
Rescheduling
- •Rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours in advance
- •Emergency reschedules will be considered at the photographer's discretion
Final Delivery
- •Edited images included are based on the selected package
- •Additional images may be available for purchase
- •Editing begins only after full payment is received
